What type of funding does ivysun Capital offer?

How long will my funds be held?

The majority of our loans are six months with an option to extend for up to 12 months. The length of the loan is tailored to your project.

What if I complete my Project Early?

No problem! Your interest is prorated to the day of the loan repayment after minimum terms have been met.

IS INSURANCE REQUIRED?

Yes. IvySun Capital is listed as the “Mortgagee.” Real estate investors typically purchase a builders risk policy (Vacant Dwelling Policy). A one year paid policy must be in force at the closing.

How is my loan secured?

When will I receive funds?

Funds are typically wired to the closing agent at the time of purchase.
